个人简历
潘威， 讲师， 博士。1986年生，2009年获得重庆邮电大学电子信息工程系学士学位，2011年获得英国伦敦南岸大学通信与计算机网络工程硕士学位。2017年获得英国伦敦南岸大学从事皮肤图像处理与皮肤水分研究，获得博士学位。 主要研究领域为皮肤图像处理和皮肤水分研究。已在知名国际期刊和会议上发表高质量学术论文9篇，参与国际会议2次、国际交流合作任务3项。
